About Randy: He lives in Garden City, MI with his wife Patricia. They have two married daughters, Kimberly (1980) and Kelly (1981), two granddaughters Morgan (2008) and Reese (2012), and a grandson Brady (2014).

In 1968, he attended Electronics Institute of Technology in Detroit and worked as an Electronic Service Technician for Televox TV from 1968 to 1970. He worked for the Customer Service Division, Quality Department of Ford Motor Company from 1970 to 2010, when he retired.

In 1991, Randy became interested in personal computers and began to study them on his own. Starting in 1999, he took computer related classes at Schoolcraft College. He now enjoys building and repairing personal computers. He also enjoys cooking, working off his cooking at Fitness 19, long walks with his dog, time with his grandchildren and family, and retirement.
